Energy, Reimagined
Clean, reliable power, anywhere in the world
A more efficient way to generate power.
Engineered for efficiency at every scale.
SECCO2 develops ultra-efficient energy engines designed to convert heat into clean, reliable power.
Built on years of research and third-party technical validation, the SECCO2 engine leverages a supercritical CO₂ cycle to achieve dramatically higher efficiency than conventional power generation systems.
Unlike traditional engines and turbines, SECCO2 systems are compact, fuel-flexible, and operate without water. This enables reliable power generation in locations where infrastructure is limited, resources are constrained, or efficiency matters most.
From distributed power and industrial waste heat recovery to data centers and water desalination, SECCO2 is designed to deliver practical, scalable energy solutions for a changing world.

How the SECCO2 engine works
Converting heat into clean, reliable power.
STEP 1
Capture heat
SECCO2 systems utilize available heat sources, including solar thermal, geothermal, industrial waste heat, or conventional fuels.
STEP 2
Pressurize CO₂
Carbon dioxide is brought into a supercritical state, allowing it to behave like both a gas and a liquid for maximum efficiency.
STEP 3
Convert energy
The heated supercritical CO₂ expands through a high-efficiency engine, generating mechanical power.
STEP 4
Generate electricity
Mechanical power is converted into electricity or used directly for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure applications.
STEP 5
Recover and repeat
The closed-loop system recaptures and reuses energy, maximizing efficiency with minimal losses and no water consumption.
