BIOGRAPHIES

 

Dr. Howard T. Fuller

Dr. Fuller is a hands-on corporate executive with +15 years of experience in Business Management Consulting, R&D, NPI and Contract Manufacturing. Dr. Fuller also serves as part-time CEO for two +$M startup companies; Fuller, Jones & Associates, Inc. and LifeApps, LLC. Prior to leading startup companies, Dr. Fuller was a corporate executive at +$B organizations including Solectron (NPI and contract manufacturing) and SanDisk (high-tech memory products).

 

Dr. Fuller is also an Adjunct Professor at San Jose State University’s Engineering Department, has published over 25 papers in leading journals, and has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a M.S and B.S. in Statistics and Mathematics.

 

Phillip Stephan

Mr. Stephan has +20 years experience in precision and industrial scale fabrication. His diverse experience covers activities that include Aerospace satellite fabrication, Prototype engine power plant design / fabrication and testing, and Industrial scale diagnostic systems. The majority of his experience has been in systems related to space vehicles, advanced aeronauts and propulsion, working with leading development agencies such as Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.

 

Phil was formerly with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (www.LLNL.gov ). He was a Senior Mechanical Technologist leading the fabrication and construction of complex systems used in multiple programs including the: ASTRID Pump Rocket Propulsion program, the CLEMENTINE Lunar Satellite program, and the ‘Star Wars’ program.

 

Leo Yen

Mr. Yen has held senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young and has directed the tax consulting accounts of emerging and established technology. Yen has broad knowledge and experience of tax issues in the local, state, federal and international levels and how those different levels impact each other. He fully understands the entire life cycle of different industries from company formation and raising capital to product development, expansion and IPO or acquisition.

 

Leo holds two bachelor’s degrees from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona. Yen majored in finance, real estate and law as well as in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).

 

Andrew M. Jones

Mr. Jones is responsible for driving investment into the company as well as business growth for the company by developing the required strategic relationships with investors, customers, business partners, suppliers and technology providers. He has also served as a Senior Examiner to the Baldrige National Quality Program leading national examiner teams for the US Department of Commerce’s program created to drive US competitiveness.

 

Andrew holds an MBA in International Business and has served in a variety of Leadership, Management, Operations, Investment and Performance Improvement roles in a variety of organizations including Fuller, Jones & Associates, Cisco, Intuit, GMAC Mortgage, Sony Pictures Entertainment, USAir and First Executive Corporation.

 

 

Ronald E. Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz is responsible for ensuring the formulation and implementation of SECCO2 Engine's strategic direction & initiatives and operational integration across program and corporate lines. He has 30 years of management experience in strategic planning, policy development, operations, process control/improvement, systems analysis, quality assurance, and audit & assessment. With a particular focus on energy, transportation, and environmental research, development, and delivery, Ron served for 25 years in high visibility/high impact positions at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.

 

Ron earned his Master degree in Public Management/Public Policy from Claremont Graduate University and his Bachelor degree from California State University Northridge
