MEET OUR ADVISORS

 

Dr. Robert Schock

As a Board Member for the World Energy Council (WEC), Schock was regarded as one of the foremost contributors to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's (IPCC) fourth Assessment Report (AR4), for which the IPCC was awarded the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. He was also a coordinating lead author of energy sources for the IPCC's AR4. In addition to his role at WEC, Schock is a consultant to industry, laboratories and governments worldwide, and a senior fellow at the Centre for Global Security Research in the US. He has also held roles at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory where he initiated and led programs in energy research and development at a local and national level; high-level nuclear waste disposition, environmental restoration and waste management; fusion energy, hydrogen fuels, energy policy analysis, and climate change focused energy research.  

 

Robert Morrelli

As the principal Advisor on Emissions Compliance at Western Power Products, Morrelli works with CARB (California Air Resources Board), EPA and the EU on diesel regulations both current and future. He also works with John Deere Power Systems and their customers for products being applied in California, other states and where ever the engines are applied worldwide. Morrelli is a highly sought after engine emissions expert both by industry and government agencies.

 

Robert Sanders

Sanders is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Mizer Motor Works, manufacturer of the TriCommuter TC-III™ motor scooter. Prior to Mizer Motor Works, Sanders was a successful entrepreneur, founding and running multiple companies

  

Aaron Gilchrist

Gilchrist is an experienced Thermal/Mechanical Engineer and program manager at Energy Dynamics Lab (EDL). He now handles thermal and mechanical innovations on an inductive power transfer development team, managing day to day activity.  He has held numerous responsible positions: including Program Manager for aerospace systems where he oversaw design, manufacturing, cost, schedule and technical performance and was responsible for ~ $4-$6M per year in aerospace thermal products. Mr. Gilchrist developed broad and applicable expertise by active engineering on a variety of aerospace and terrestrial programs beginning in 1995.

 

Lily Zong

Zong is an experienced Asia-Pacific business professional. She has extensive experience in manufacturing, production, marketing and communications. She has led multiple cross Pacific business ventures including a Chinese import/export business, as well as working with major US business chains. She has served as Field Director of a China-US real estate investment and financial firm, and is a small business advisor. Lily has a degree in Electrical Engineering.

 

Arnie Zhang

Zhang is currently studying for his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Civil Aviation Flight University in China, and gained 10 years of experience working as a flight operations manager with Xiamen Airlines. He also worked for Daimay North America as a branch manager for three years.
